At Ocean Transport, we all come to work every day because we want to solve the biggest problems in logistics. Everyone is guessing. But logistics is not about guessing, it is about problem solving. Guessing leads to promising solutions that will never deliver and often, if not always, at a great monetary loss for the client.
Forwarding agents claim to be experts in the logistics network, but fail to adequately utilize the multitude of shipping modes at their disposal such as ships, airplanes, trucks, and railroads to organize the shipment. Carriers, air freighters, trucking companies, rail freighters, and ocean liners wont tell you how to clear customs, what to do when your cargo is detained in a country with different laws and regulations, or that delayed loading and unloading operations will incur expensive "demurrage" charges to the shipment owner. Brokers and Yacht builders aren't always sure who can reliably deliver the final product when a yacht is finished and the deal is closed.
Throughout history, people have relied on logistics to move their goods around the world. Our mission at Ocean Transport is to make the whole process more transparent. We handle everything required of shipping goods from one international destination to another, effectively removing a task that would otherwise be a formidable burden for our clients.
We challenge ourselves everyday to solve bigger and more complex problems. A trait that has made us really good at what we do over time and continues to yield exceptional results. Our goal is to make shipping any cargo anywhere something anyone can do with their eyes closed.
